We try to only list system components that are compatable with eachother. After your order is placed, we will examine your components for any potential compatibility issues. Although this is rare, if we do find an issue you will be contacted promptly and informed about the issue. We will offer recommendations regarding replacing the component.
Once your order is placed we will perform a compatibility check. This will take 24-48 hours. You will then receive an email that your system is ready for the the build phase. This phase typically takes 5 – 10 business days. Once your system is fully built you will receive an email that it is now in the testing phase. We rigorously test your system to ensure is runs smoothly. The testing phase normally lasts 24-48 hours. So the typical build time for a custom system is around two weeks.
Sure, just let us know what you want installed at checkout. Installing games and software can be time consuming and we want to ensure that you don’t have to waste hours installing your favorite titles at home. Please note that we can not install software that must be purchased unless you provide the software key first.
All of our systems can support modern gaming titles and software. More powerful systems will run games more smoothly than less powerful ones. We can provide average FPS statistics upon request and make component suggestions based on your needs.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay. You have the option of logging in with your Amazon account at checkout in order to use one of your Amazon payment methods as well. Additionally, we offer low monthly payments provided by Affirm financing.
We accept returns within Thirty (30) days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the system back to us. Please contact us prior to any return to receive a Return Authorization. Once we verify receipt of the item you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase.
Yes. Our basic warranty covers parts and labor for One (1) year. We cover any manufacturer defects or defects resulting in normal operation. We offer an enhanced warranty that covers the cost of shipping to and from our facility. Both plans include one year of remote support.
